What type of projects do you handle?

As a handyman I handle a variety of projects that don't require a building permit and have a value of up to $1,000, material and labor combined.  With the passage of California AB2622 in September of 2024 the project limit was increased from $500 to $1,000.  Projects I accept include painting, repairs, cabinet or trim installation, lawn and yard maintenance & cleaning.

Projects I won't accept are plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete or masonry work, roofing, framing.

Custom woodworking?  If your custom project isn't attached in any way to your home or property there's no budget limit.  On a side note, I work best with those who know what they're looking for.  While I can offer design suggestions I'm not a designer.

It's always best to go with your strengths.  I'm a finish carpenter & woodworker with experience applying finishes...plumbing, electrical, HVAC and concrete/masonry are not my forte.  I offer lawn maintenance to my clients who don't have the time or don't want to do it themselves, plus, I enjoy doing it.
